The best raw food hummous. Better than with garbanzo beans

cashew, hummous
Ingredients:
2 c cashew pieces soaked or unsoaked, or blanched almonds
1/2 c raw organic tahini
1/2 c extra virgin olive oil
1/4 to 1/2 tsp marjoram
1/4 to 1/2 tsp basil
1/4 to 1/2 tsp sea salt
juice of two lemons
3-4 garlic cloves
Directions:
Start processing in blender or food processor
add pure water to thin by 1/4 c at a time
try the same basic recipe to make
dill fresh or dried
tomato(dehydrated, 2 C soaked)
jalepeno (to taste)
