A sauce that does not rely on tomatoes, something different

carrot juice, italian, sauce
Ingredients:
2 C Carrot Juice
1 C Red Pepper juice
1 Stalk Celery
1 Red onion
4 Cloves garlic
1 C pignoli nuts Or tahini
1 Tbs italian seasoning
Braggs to taste
6 Mushrooms sliced
Directions:
Blend all ingredients except mushrooms into a thick sauce.
Mix in the sliced mushrooms.
serve over zucchinii noodles or on a medley of veggies
