Ingredients:
1 jicama, sliced into long thin strips
1/4 c honey
1/4 c olive oil
1/8 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cayenne powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 lemon, juiced
sea salt to taste
Directions:
mix all ingredients except jicama in large bowl
marinate the jicama in this mixture for a few hours or overnight
drain and serve
