4 c kale, chopped finely
1/2 head cauliflower (processed in food processor)
1/4 c vinegar
1/4 c olive oil
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 TBSP of honey
2 bell peppers, chopped
1/4 c fresh mint, chopped
1/4 c red onion, diced
