Spicy and warming
Ingredients:
4 apples
handful of beets
handful of celery
handful of carrots
chunk of fennel
1/2 lemon
good chunk of ginger
honey
pure water
1 tsp cardamom
Directions:
put all in the VitaMix or other high speed blender
blend until smooth
should have enough water to make more juice like than smoothie like
