Unusual combination of ingredients but a tasty salad

Ingredients:
Flowerets from two bunches of broccoli
1 med to lg sweet potato, julienned or shredded
3/4 c raisins
1/2 c sunflower seeds
1/4 c natural sesame seeds
1 sml red pepper, diced
Dressing
zest and juice from 1/2 lemon
2 lg handfuls of fresh lemon balm
1/3 to 1/2 c honey
1/4 c water
pinch of salt
1 c sunflower seed oil/olive oil or what ever combination you choose
Directions:
Toss all ingredients
Serve
