A nice mild fish flavor which is great on lettuce or crackers

Ingredients:
2 c walnuts
2 stalks celery
2 Carrots, chopped to fit in the food processor
1 lg red pepper
1 lg scallion or half vidalia
1 TBSP agave
1 tsp vinegar
2 TBSP dulce
1/2 to 1 tsp sea salt
Directions:
Combine all in a food processor and blend until smooth with enough water to make creamy
