A fantastic dip or cracker spread

Salad
3 c soaked raw sunflower seeds ground in food processor
1/2 bunch scallions, diced
2 TBSP dulse flakes
3-4 stalks celery, diced
1/4 c dried dill
Dressing
1 1/2 c Thai coconut water (or water)
2 1/3 c raw macadamia nuts, cashews, pine nuts or a combination
6 cloves garlic, peeled
1 c fresh lemon juice
1/2 c stone ground mustard
1 TBSP sea salt
Salad
combine all ingredients and toss to mix well
Dressing
combine all ingredients in a high speed blender
Blend thoroughly
pour the dressing over the salad and toss to mix well.
Serve as is, on a green salad or on onion bread
For mock chicken salad, substitute the dulse flakes and dill with
2 TBSP each of dried thyme, oregano and sage
