This gravy goes really good on the meatloaf

Ingredients: 

2 c crimini or portabella mushrooms   
2 TBSP Braggs liquid aminos   
1 TBSP water   
1 small clove of garlic   
1/2 tsp fresh sage   
sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions: 

blend all ingredients thoroughly in a food processor
