New Gazpacho

Classic tomato gazpacho

Ingredients: 

2-3 ripe tomatoes or 1 & 1/2 pint of cherry tomatoes   
5-6 sun dried tomatoes (soaked for 1-2 hours)   
1/2 red bell pepper   
1/2 c fresh basil   
1 c cucumber   
juice from 1 lime   
1/2 clove garlic   
pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)   
1/4 c chopped red onion

Directions: 

blend tomatoes both fresh and sundried   
add the other ingredients except the onion and pulse chop so it's liquid    
but still a bit chunky   
add the chopped red onion and serve
