Very nice flavor to this traditional dish made raw

Ingredients: 

Noodles   
2 med zucchini   
1 carrot    

Veggies for the body   
2 green onions, sliced thin   
1/2 c portabella mushrooms, chopped   
1/2 c cauliflower, chopped   
1/2 c mung bean sprouts   
and any other veggie you care to add   

Sauce   
2 TBSP sesame tahini   
1 TBSP lime juice (or lemon or vinegar)   
2 TBSP Tamari    
fresh garlic to taste   
fresh ginger to taste   

Directions: 

Noodles   
make noodles using spiralizer or mandolin or peeler   
Sauce   
Combine all and whisk briefly

toss everything & let marinate, tastes better next day after soaking up flavors
