Pecan Pate

A sweet pate that is so very flexible. Use for stuffing all manner of items including Nori

pecans
Ingredients: 

3 c raw pecans soaked overnight
1/2 c dates
3 cloves garlic (spicy pepper works great too)
1/4 c lemon juice
1/4 c olive oil
1 bunch cilantro
1 tsp sea salt

Directions: 

mix all in the food processor until finely chopped
Can use parsley if you don't care for cilantro
use the pate to stuff bell peppers, cabbage leaves, nori rolls, etc
serves 5-6
