Spread or dip for crackers, or veggies

Ingredients:
2 C pecans
chopped red pepper
finely minced shallot or garlic
finely chopped red onion
2 tsp fresh rosemary finely minced
Directions:
prepare seed cheese using 2 C pecans soaked over night
drain and rinse then blend with 1 c water. Pour into sprout bag and hang
over a sink or bowl and let ferment at room temperature for 8-12 hours
Then add the rest of the ingredients to taste
