Really nice pesto

Ingredients: 

2 c basil leaves (stems removed), tightly packed           
1/4 c extra virgin olive oil           
1 tsp crushed garlic, about 2 cloves           
1/4 tsp plus 1/8 tsp salt           
1/4 c pine nuts

Directions: 

place the basil, oil, garlic and salt in the food processor and process until           
the basil is chopped.           
add the nuts and process until smooth           
do not over process, you should see flecks of pine nuts throughout           
will keep in the fridge in a sealed container for 5 days
