Pistachio Fudge

Truly delicious fudge, ignore the green looks

Ingredients: 

2 c shelled pistachios   
1 c tahini   
2 TBSP almond butter   
1/2 c honey or agave nectar   
1/2 tsp alcohol free vanilla   
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon   
pinch of sea salt 

Directions: 

Grind pistachios in a food processor until fine crumbles.  Not too long or   
the oils will separate.   
Place in a bowl and add the other ingredients   
Mix by hand until well combined   
press into a square dish and let sit in refrigerator for about 4 hours   
cut into squares and serve
