Raw pot pie with out the meat. Delish!!

Ingredients: 

Crust
2 c of almonds
1 tsp miso
Filling
1 c raw cashews and 1 c water blended until smooth
1 pkg frozen organic mixed vegetables thawed
2 tsp spike or other seasoning to taste and sea salt to taste
1-2 cloves garlic
1/4 c onions

Directions: 

Crust
grind almonds in food processor 1st
then add miso.
Then add about 1 tsp of water until the mixture forms a ball of dough like consistency
Place dough on waxed paper and cover with another sheet of waxed paper
Roll until as thin as a pie crust. Remove top
layer of paper and place upside down in a shallow pan removing the other
paper. Press into the pan, dehydrate 1-2 hours at 100 degrees
Filling
for creamier consistancy soak nuts for about 1/2 hour before blending.Add
rest of ingrdnts and stir. Pour veggie mixture over the dehydrated crust &
add a crust on top or ground pumpkin seed, sea salt and spike. Sprinkle
mixture on top of the pie and return it to the dehydrator for about 2-3 hours
at 100 degrees. If eaten as soon as it is taken from the dehydrator the pie
is warm but still raw
