Very tasty way to add sea veggies to your meal
Ingredients:
1/2 to 1 c (2.1 ounce package) arame
and / or 1/2 to 1 c (2.1 ounce package) hijiki
Sesame Ginger Sauce
(makes 1 qt)
1 c olive oil
1/2 c apple cider vinegar
1/3 c ginger
1 c hulled sesame seed
1/4 c tamari
1/2 TBSP toasted sesame oil
1 c pure water
Directions:
blend sauce ingredients until creamy
soak sea veggie for 20 minutes in pure water
drain for 10 to 20 minutes in strainer/colander
mix in well with sesame ginger sauce, garnish with sesame and red pepper
