Tasty pumpkin pie

Ingredients:
Crust
1 c almonds soaked over night
1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)
Filling
1 small pie pumkin
1 C soaked and drained raisins
1 C almonds
1/2 c shredded coconut
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
2 TBS honey
mix and put in Almond Pie Crust
Directions:
Crust
grind nuts in food processor until finely chopped
add dates and vanilla and blend well
Press into a pie plate
Filling
Peel and cut the small pumpkin and put through Champion juicer one time.
Set the juice aside and change to the blank & run through again with the raisins and almonds
Add everything else
Mix and put in the crust
