Ingredients:
6 golden delicious apples
1/4 c freshly squeezed orange juice
2 TBSP raw unfiltered honey
3/4 c pecans
3/4 c walnuts
3/4 c organic raisins
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground ginger
pinch celtic sea salt
Directions:
peel and dice apples, place in 8 in square dish
combine orange juice and honey and drizzle over apples
toss until apples are well coated and set aside
put everything else in food processor and pulse until chopped but not pureed
spoon the nut/raisin mixture over the apples and serve or refrigerate
