Raw Fajita Veggies

You will like the Mexican flavor that the marinade gives these veggies.  Serve with Like Rice to complete your mexican dish.


For Veggies:
2 large portobello mushrooms sliced
3 bell peppers, sliced into strips
1 zucchini, sliced into sticks
1 sweet or red onion, thinly sliced

For Marinade:
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c nama shoyu or tamari
1/4 c extra virgin olive oil
2 TBSP chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/8-1/4 tsp cayenne
1 TBSP apple cider vinegar


combine marinade ingredients
pour over prepared veggies
put in dehydrator to warm
