A traditional hummus with garbanzo beans and tahini
Ingredients:
2 c garbanzo beans, sprouted (will be 4 cups after sprouting)
4 cl garlic
1/2 c tahini
2 TBS nama shoyu or 1/2 tsp sea salt
2 lemons juiced
1 C parsley
1/2 c water
Directions:
process in food processor
garnish with red onion and olive oil
