A tasty dip to use for your raw veggies

Ingredients:
5 c spinach
1 lg avocado, peeled and pitted
1/2 c red onion pieces
1 small garlic cl, peeled
3 TBSP fresh lemon juice
1 tsp unrefined salt
pinch of cayenne
pinch ginger root (optional)
Directions:
combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and process until creamy
the pinch of ginger is for a bit of extra zing
