Marinated slaw, keeps a long time in the fridge

Ingredients:
1 small head cabbage, finely shredded
4 carrots, finely shredded
1 onion (optional) finely chopped
1/2 - 1 green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 -1 red pepper
DRESSING
1 c vinegar
1 c honey dissolved in the vinegar
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp mustard seed or dry mustard
Directions:
place shredded veggie in glass jar
pour on dressing
chill at least 4 hour
keeps for a couple months in fridge
can be frozen
