Rye Essene Bread

excellent rye bread flavor, depending on how long you dehydrate it can be soft bread or crispy crackers

rye, sunflower seeds
Ingredients: 

4 c rye
2 c sunflower seeds
2 to 3 t ground caraway seeds
2-3 t ground dill seed
2-3 t Mrs Dash seasoning
fresh dill

Directions: 

soak the rye for 12 hours
leave on counter for 12 to 24 hours to sprout
soak the sunflower seeds for 12 hours and rinse with cool water
alternate putting rye and sunflower seeds and caraway seeds through
champion with blank, run through twice
Stir spice into the mixture
form into 2 loaves not more than 1 1/2 in thick or roll into sticks
dehydrate 10-16 hours
