A nice combination of both fermented foods and sea veggies.

sauerkraut, fermented
Ingredients:
2 c Sauerkraut
2-3 sticks of wakame, cut in bite sized pieces and then soaked for 10 minutes and rinsed well
1/2 onion, diced
1/4 c sesame seeds
1/2 tsp Celtic salt
1 TBSP olive oil
Directions:
mix all together
