Seaweed Salad

Great as a side dish

Ingredients: 

2-3 oz dry wakame (soak 20 min and drain)
ginger to taste
garlic to taste
1 TBSP roasted sesame seeds
4 TBSP tamari
1 TBSP rice vinegar
1 TBSP raw honey
3 TBSP sesame seeds

Directions: 

mix all ingredients and enjoy
