Slaw with pepitas and cherry dressing

slaw, cabbage, pumpkin seeds
Ingredients:
3 c + or - curly cabbage shredded
2 c shredded carrots
1 large apple, chopped finely
1/2 c pepitas
Dressing:
1 c dried cherries
1/4 c grapeseed oil
1/2 - 1/3 c orange juice
pinch of coriander, cloves, & cinnamon
Directions:
Salad
toss all ingredients
Dressing
Dressing:
in food processor or blender mix until smooth
pour over slaw, toss and serve
