South of the Border Corn Chips

A nice flavor but sort of sticks to your teeth

corn, crackers
Ingredients: 

4 Cups sweet corn, fresh or frozen (thawed)
1 teas Frontier Mexican Fiesta spice (optional)

Directions: 

chop corn in food processor with 'S' blade until mushy.
Add seasoning to taste.
Spread on teflex dehydrator sheet.
About 1/8 in thick
dehydrate overnight until crisp
