Southwestern Corn Chips

Very tasty crisp crackers

Ingredients: 

2 carrots   
2 stalks celery   
1 sweet onion   
3 cloves garlic   
2 tsp cumin   
2 tsp chili powder   
1 lb corn   
3 c flaxseed, soaked   
1/2 c sunflower seeds, soaked   
pinch sea salt  

Directions: 

blend all but the flaxseed and sunflower seeds   
mix in the seeds   
put onto a teflex sheet and dehydrate until crispy   
turn when top is dry, about 8-12 hours
