Full bodied spicy side dish

lentils, tomato, avocado
Ingredients:
1 c lentils sprouted
1 tomato chopped
1 bell pepper your choice of color chopped
1-2 ear of corn cut off the cob
1/2 avocado chopped
chopped onion, quantity to your taste, about a 1/2 c
drizzle a little olive oil
1 tsp or so of cumin
1 tsp more or less of cayenne depending on how hot you want it
Directions:
Mix all and serve your choice of room temp or cold
