Spaghetti wi basil & oregano

Nice thick sauce and great flavor, can use dried herbs in place of fresh

pasta, tomatoes, zucchini
Ingredients: 

Pasta
2 lg zucchini, peeled
drizzle of olive oil
Sauce
2 cl garlic
2 vine ripened tomatoes
1/2 c sun dried tomatoes
2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
1/4 c fresh basil
1/4 c fresh oregano
1 tsp  Celtic Sea Salt

Directions: 

Pasta
using a saladacco shred to angel hair pasta, or grate with finest setting
drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the pasta and toss lightly
Sauce
blend all and pour over the "pasta"
