Healthy spaghetti with a hearty sauce

tomatoes
Ingredients: 

2-3 roma tomatoes
2 regular tomatoes
1 c sun dried or dehydrated tomatoes
small handful of basil
1 clove garlic
1 tsp thyme
1/2 stalk celery or some fresh cilantro (for a little salty taste)

Directions: 

blend all til desired texture can be a little chunky

serve over buckwheat greens, shredded zucchini, or use a spaghetti squash
and shred out the contents. Make sure the squash is very ripe, (they are
very yellow when ripe)
