Can be used as a cranberry relish or as a salad

Ingredients:
Makes 5-6 cups
1 lb cranberries
1 apple
1 pear
1 orange
1/2 c agave nectar or to taste
spinach
optional 1/2 c pecans or walnuts
Directions:
peel and chop apple, pear and orange
chop cranberries
mix all relish ingredients and let set a couple of hours
just before serving make your own decision on how much relish to mix
with the amount of spinach you are using
