Nice blend of flavors another recipe you can use on your not-raw friends

Ingredients:
2 c shiitake mushrooms
2 TBSP olive oil
2 TBSP nama Shoyu
2 TBSP lemon juice
NUT PATE
1/2 c pumpkin seeds
2 TBSP of sauce from the marinate
1/2 c sunflower seeds
1 tsp ginger
1/2 c basil
1 c orange juice
1/2 c parsley
1 lemon juiced
1 garlic clove
1 tomato
1/2 jalapeno
1 small slice of lime peel
1 green onion
1/3 purple onion
Directions:
marinate mushrooms a few mins in name shoyu, oil & lemon juice, set aside
Place in blender the nut pate list and blend until smooth. Serve the pate over
the mushrooms
