Stuffed Spinach Pesto

Mild flavor pate or pesto

spinach, sunflower seeds

2 C spinach
1/2 C sunflower seeds, soaked 6-8 hours and rinsed
2 ears of corn removed from the cob
1 red bell pepper finely chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 t Braggs liquid aminos


in a food processor with the 's' blade chop spinach and sunflower seeds.
Mix in the corn, pepper, garlic and Braggs.
This stuffing can be used in lettuce leaves, or stuffed in a tomato or bell pepper and served with sprouts
