Tabouleh with tomato sauce rather than chopped tomatoes

parsley, bulgar wheat
Ingredients: 
8 oz bulgar wheat soaked 1/2 hour
 cut in small pieces, red onion and parsley
 Add celery, garlic
 salt to taste
 Juice of one lemon
 3 Tbsp olive oil
 2 Tbsp organic tomato sauce 
Directions: 
Stir and serve
