Sunflower Crackers

From Nancy's own kitchen another great cracker recipe

Ingredients: 

1/2 lb raw sunflower seeds, soaked 4-5 hours
1 onion peeled
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp celtic salt
juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions: 

process throught the champion with the blank plate or blend with food processor
spread on parchment or teflex sheets
dehydrate for 20 hours at 105 to 107 turning halfway through and scoring with pizza cutter or knife
