Crackers with the veggies built in

sunflower seeds, snacks
Ingredients:
2 C sunflower seed, soaked 6-8 hours rinsed
(I used 1 c almonds in place of 1 c of seeds)
2 ears of corn
1 tomato
2 stalks of celery
1 red bell pepper
1 zucchini
1/2 c red onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c fresh parsley
2 t Braggs
Directions:
Process all in a Champion with the blank, then add Braggs and mix well
Form mixture into 2" round crackers approx 1/4" thick
Place on dehydrator tray with teflex sheet.
Dehydrate at 105 for 4 hours, flip crackers over, and remove teflex sheet.
Continue dehydrating for 4-6 more hours
or until desired crispness is obtained
