Sweet and Sour Cole Slaw

Ingredients: 

1 med cabbage shredded   
2 lg carrots shredded   
1/3 c dried apricots, finely chopped   
1/3 c olive oil   
1 TBSP honey   
3 TBSP apple cider vinegar   
1/2 tsp sea salt   
pinch of allspice   
1/2 c raisins 

Directions: 

Place the cabbage, carrots and apricots in a bowl   
in a small bowl mix everything else except the raisins   
pour over the cabbage   
chill for 1 hour   
add raisins and serve
