Great sauce for making the sesame chicken or for making raw chinese sweet and sour
3/4 c Nama Shoyu or tamari
3/4 c raw honey or agave nectar
2 cloves garlic
1 piece ginger as big as your thumb (about the same size as the garlic)
2 TBSP sesame seeds
2 TBSP melted coconut oil
1 tsp raw sesame oil
2 tsp red pepper flakes
chop the garlic and ginger so it doesn't jam in your processor blades
food process everything until well pureed
the seeds may float up with the oil when left standing, that's ok just stir
Use for chicken or make sweet and sour veggies as shown
put in a glass pie plate a head of broccoli into bite sized pieces
4-5 mushrooms, sliced 1/2 red bell pepper sliced. Toss with the sauce
put in dehydrator until veggies are tender
