An unusual cracker with a nice flavor

Ingredients:
1/2 lb raw sunflower seeds
1/2 raw sweet potato
juice of 1/2 lemon
cinnamon
cloves
maple syrup
celtic salt
Directions:
Put the sweet potato and sunflower seeds through the Champion juicer with the blank plate or blend in food processor until creamy
stir in spices to taste
spread on parchment or teflex sheets,
dehydrate 105 to 107 for 20 hours turning halfway through
