Tastes like the southern sweet potato pies

sweet potato
Ingredients:
3 or 4 med sweet potatoes
3/4 C dates (soaked)
process in champion on blank
add:
1 t vanilla
1 t cinnamon
1 t nutmeg
1/2 c maple syrup
2 T psyllium powder or agar agar
Crust:
1 C or more of ground flax seed
Directions:
Line a pie plate with the ground flax seed
pour the filling over the top
