Use the taco meat however you choose or make this great salad

Ingredients:
1 cup walnuts ground in a food processor – coarsely chopped
½ cup of chopped fresh tomatoes
¼ cup of onions
1 pack of organic taco seasoning or 1 teaspoon of chili powder. ½ teaspoon of sea salt and ½ teaspoon cumin
Directions:
Blend the tomatoes, onion, and taco seasoning in a blender
Pour enough of this mixture into the ground walnuts to make it a meaty consistency
Toss the taco flavored walnuts in a salad with romaine lettuce, black olives, tomatoes, green yellow and red pepper.
Add chopped avocado, dehydrated corn and drizzle with an Italian dressing and enjoy.
