Taiwanese Spicy Salsa Recipe

Spicy but with a delicious flavor

1 cup tomatoes, small dice
1/2 cup green bell pepper, small dice
1 tablespoon hot chili pepper, small dice
1/2 cup onions, small dice
1/4 cup scallions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup zucchini, small dice
1/4 cup watermelon (white part), small dice
1/4 cup papaya, small dice
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped(optional)
1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
2 tablespoon rice vinegar or lime juice
2 tablespoon Chinese sesame oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon nori bits
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon sea salt


Mix well and chill for at least 2 hours
