A thick, fresh vegetable-and-tomato chili topped with sprouted lentils
Ingredients:
2 c blended tomato (3-4 med tomatoes)
1/2 cucumber, peeled
2 stalks celery
1/2 red bell pepper, seeded
1 c fresh basil, mint, or cilantro leaves or a combination
1/2 c whole-leaf dulse
3 cl garlic, peeled
1/2 c fresh lemon juice
1/4 c olive oil
1/4 c Nama Shoyu
1 1/2 TBSP chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
In a high speed blender, blend everything until smooth
Garnish with red or green sprouted lentils, chopped celery, chopped red
bell pepper and chopped scallions
