Un-Chicken Noodle Soup

Does have a strong resemblance to regular chicken noodle


2 c water
1/2 c walnuts or pecans
1/4 c olive oil
1 c celery, chopped
2 TBSP Nama Shoyu
2-3 cloves garlic
pepper to taste
1 med carrot, grated
1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
2 med raw potatoes, grated or processed with sprializer


add the water, celery, Nama Shoyu, garlic and pepper and blend for about a minute
pour into a large bowl
add remaining ingredients
serves 7
