Vegetable Soup


Soup with lots of mixed veggies, very hearty

corn, tomatoes, cucumber, almonds

2 ears corn cut off cob
1 qt fresh tomatoes (5 or 6)
1 green or red bell pepper
2 small (pickling) cucumbers
1 C almond meal
1/4 C fresh parsley
2 stalks celery
2 cloves garlic
ginger 1/2 inch
lemon juice approx 1/2 C
braggs to taste


cut corn off cob in two parts.
Scrap corn cob.
Use food processor for all the other ingredients.
Season to taste with braggs and lemon juice.
Blend raw almond in blender and add to soup mixture
