A full bodied flavor in a just warm enough soup.

Ingredients:
2 c diced celery
8 cl garlic
2 1/2 c assorted veggies, fresh or frozen, cut in bite sized pieces
1 TBSP extra virgin coconut oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp basil
1/8 tsp red pepper
1/2 tsp Mrs Dash
Directions:
puree the celery and garlic in 2 cups of water
add the balance of the ingredients
heat to under 115 degrees
PS frozen vegetables are not raw if you are wanting to be 100% raw foods
