Walnut Pate

Raw Food Made Easy for 1 or 2 People

Great pate for crackers or on top of salads or make balls for meat balls

1 c soaked raw walnuts           
1 TBSP fresh lemon juice           
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil           
1 tsp tamari           
1/4 tsp garlic powder           
dash salt           
1 TBSP minced fresh parsley           
1 TBSP minced onion   


Process all but the parsley and onion in a food processor into a paste           
transfer to a small mixing bowl           
stir in the parsley and onion           
mix well           
will keep in the fridge in a sealed container for 5 days           
roll into balls and use with the spaghetti and meatballs recipe
