Tasty cracker spread


1 c walnuts, soaked   
1 TBSP fresh lemon juice   
1 tsp olive oil   
1 tsp Braggs    
1/4 tsp garlic powder   
dash salt   
1 TBSP minced fresh parsley   
1 TBSP minced onion 


place everything except parsley and onion in a food processor with an S   
blade, process into a paste, stop occasionally to scrape down the sides   
of the bowl with a spatula. 
Transfer to a small mixing bowl and stir in the parsley and onion and mix well.     
Stored in a sealed container in the fridge will keep for 5 days
